Order - Shipping & Delivery
We offer a lot so here goes: the opportunity to try on all our bags, personal style advice from our team. You can also partake in a workshop and order your customized/bespoke bag right there in our studio.
You will find our entire collection at our atelier and most of our retailers. If you are after a specific color you can order it online or mail us to reserve your bag (max 1 week) and pass by our atelier (Orteliusstraat 15d, Amsterdam). Please take an appointment to make sure that we can give you the time you deserve to find the bag of your dreams.
Yes, we offer you the opportunity to choose the preferred delivery address. You can do this during the checkout process of your purchase or you can choose to pick your order up from our studio by writing this in the ‘extra information’ section of the checkout process. Our studio is open Monday to Saturday from 10 am – 5 pm.
We offer custom order on small and big bags. The fee for the small bags is €15 and €35 for our bigger bags.
When you add the items to your cart you get the option to tell us if there are gifts and which ones they are. We will then gift wrap the gifts. Moreover every monsak order is neatly packaged and cared for. We spray every bag with a transparent protection spray and leave a personal written note to you and/or your loved ones.
Orders placed before 4pm, will usually be shipped on the same day. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us via e-mail and we will provide you with more information on the status of your order. Standard delivery takes around 1-3 business days on orders in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For the rest of Europe: 2-6 business days. The rest of the world: 5-14 business days, depending on where you live.
We ship worldwide. The shipping costs depend on the size of your order and the final destination. You can calculate your specific shipping costs in the checkout process before paying for your items. Monsak is not responsible for any additional fees that your country may charge for importing goods. We offer tracking on all shipments. You will receive your reference number in a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed and shipped.
