Cancellation terms for monsak workshops
The cancellation of a workshop reservation can only be done by the participant via email or telephone, prior to the agreed upon workshop date. Via telephone: +31 620519688 and/or via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are three scenarios possible with regards to the cancellation fees.
- when a cancellation is made, up until one (1) month prior to the workshop, only a €15 cancellation fee will be charged. When the workshop is paid for in advance, the remainder of the payment (minus the €15 cancellation fee) will be refunded.
- when a cancellation is made, within one (1) month prior to the workshop, 50% of the payment will be charged. The remainder of the total amount will be refunded when the payment has been paid in full.
- when a workshop is cancelled within one (1) week prior to the workshop, the total amount will be charged. In case the payment has not been paid in advance, the total amount will have to be paid when the workshop is cancelled.
When, due to unforeseen reasons, the workshop cannot take place, monsak will, in agreement the participant, set a new date for the workshop.
